"Cleanliness can be improved and beds are very soft. We didn’t like it. Every room has a lock and one was locked upon arrival. We had to request the code to open the door. We asked to check out later. Only 2hrs later possible. We booked 2 apartments and asked for a late check out for only o e apartment. They charged us for both. "Silkeborg is a jewel, beautiful for walking and makes a lovely destination.
A business hotel mainly, paint peeling and damaged ceiling in the bedroom. No extras such as complimentary water on arrival or in reception, no bathroom extras. No lounge area other than reception. No satilite TV. More could be provided for tourists.
