Hakone Ashinoko Hanaori
Our room was far away from the main facilities and annoying to get to - had to get various lifts and change levels to connect. Also, felt very big and impersonal. Food was good though.

Staff is very attentive however there is very little options for dining and no transport after 630pm with no options for taxi / I was also disappointed that we were not allowed in the onsen areas due to very small tattoos however we were stilled charged the “bath fee” for resort without being allowed ...
