"Will stay again. Staff was key for making the stay enjoyable, aided to help me get a room with private onsen (not available on expedia). Peaceful and serene area, definitely helped me to recharge."

"色々と不安な点はありますが、1番は浴場の湯船の汚さ。常にお湯が循環しておらず、ためっぱなしのため汚れが溜まっていく。源泉かけ流しと謳っているが、出しっぱなしではなかった。また、身体に刺青が入った人間が入浴していたので、そういう施設なのだろう。"

"It’s a old ryokan passed it prime time. It’s basically not bad, but is old and run down. Maybe the Covid period made it worse as the condition of the ryokan deteriorated further without upgrades. Service is good. Far away from city center but there’s shuttle bus."
