Located in the heart of Hakodate with the entire first floor of a very clean modern refurbished historical building The famous Red Brick Warehouses is just around the corner There is a lot to explore around in walking and street tram distance Many great viewpoints and hot springs close by / This room is located in the bay area where restaurants and shopping malls which were renovated from the warehouse used in the Meiji era are lined up
Hakodate Motomachi where the buildings from the Taisho era to the early Showa era remain and the ropeway are also within a 10minute walk making it a very convenient and fashionable condominium

The rooms have been renovated from traditional architecture to enjoy the gap between the classic exterior and the modern interior and the lates
