"The hotel had a computer failure when we arrived. We couldn't check in; it took several hours to get rectified. Other than that, it was a good hotel. One drawback - you have to walk up about 15 steps to get to the hotel lobby. With luggage, it was a struggle. But a big plus: it's located next to the Helsinki train station. From the airport, you can take a train to the station, then walk about 1/2 block to the hotel."

"Great location within easy walk from the ferry and to Old Town. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and the showers were great. The crowning jewel was their breakfast buffet!! I would stay again just for that. Thoroughly enjoyable stay."
