2 Bd. 2 Bath Charming Country Guest House close to ski slopes of Sun Valley
Situated on a 3 + acres which is shared by the owner, this 2 bedroom/2 bath guest house is a perfect location for families who want to be close to Sun Valley activities but away from the hustle and bustle of town. This newly REMODELED Mid Valley rental is a short walk to the Big Wood River/fishing access and bike path, across from Valley Club golf course, 3 miles to Hailey and a quick 8 mile drive to Bald Mountain.
Amenities include a brand new, well equipped small kitchen, complete with stove, microwave and small refrigerator. Kitchen area is well stocked with basic pantry items, paper products, storage containers, etc. We have a starter supply of coffee. In the bathroom, there is an ample supply of toilet paper and starter shampoo and soap. There is a full size washer and dryer in the guest house.
The master bedroom has king bed with high quality bedding and a private renovated full bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen bed with same high quality bedding and bathroom with stall shower. Both bathrooms have plenty of soft towels! We launder all bedding and duvet covers after each guest. The bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep the temperature comfortable.
Separate cozy living room with TV/cable, wifi, and DVD player. We also have a lot of board games! There are beautiful sunny views of the mountains, frequent elk, fox and moose sightings. We offer a large driveway, BBQ, 1 car garage ( mostly for storing items).
In the winter time, it's just a short walk to public Nordic ski trails as well as short drive to BCRD trails. Bald Mountain is a close drive. There are 2 bicycles available for your use and great hiking trails nearby.
This is a very clean, cozy and comfortable cottage! Usually 2-3 days between guests and house deep cleaned. All high touch areas are disinfected and throw blankets on sofa and duvets covers on bed washed after each guest. Check out the reviews....all who stay with us are extremely satisfied.
While we do love pets, and have 3 dogs of our own, we do not allow pets in the guest house.

Great Location - Cozy Home!
We loved this little cabin / mother-in-law unit. Great value with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice little living room, great dining room, and great amenities.
A couple of caveats that didn't bother us, but might others...
1 - The main mattress is quite hard - we didn't use the other one. It's definitely on the very firm side of the scale.
2 - Water Pressure is pretty low in the unit overall. Didn't bother us, but some folks might find it annoying. The guest bathroom is better than the master for showering.
3 - There is no hot tub for the unit. It said it had one, but the Host said it was a mistake and we're the only people who mentioned it. Not a big deal for us as they have a large bathtub in the master! The Host said they'd make sure that was corrected on the listing. Again, didn't bother us.
The above didn't affect our love for our stay. Some big positives...
1 - The Host is very responsive and friendly. Great folks who take pride in their unit and your comfort.
2 - The laundry units are great. Work really really well compared to a lot of other places we've stayed.
3 - We loved the location. A few miles from Hailey, and a few miles to Ketchum. Perfectly located.
4 - The squirrels were fun to watch, and apparently we just missed seeing the elk herd when we left the final morning. Lots of wild life in this beautiful neighborhood.
Overall we loved this little place and will stay there again! Thank you to the wonderful hosts.

Nice to be here again.
This is our second time staying at this wonderful guest house. The house is clean, the linens and bed feel luxurious and the location is ideal.
Jennifer is s great host and is invested in offering a comfortable stay for guests.
If we return to Hailey we would rent for a third time.

Private and quiet outside Hailey
We have stayed at this wonderful cottage several times and always enjoy the experience. It is very clean, comfortable, private and hosted by the wonderful Jen (owner). It is a short drive to either Hailey or Ketchum for all your needs.

Fantastic Experience
I definitely recommend this stay! The Silva family has an amazing gem of a getaway, perfectly located between Ketchum and Hailey. The unit has the perfect amount of privacy and was extremely well-taken care of and clean. We enjoyed a fully functional kitchen with a lot of common space to spend time together. Thanks!

Perfect ski weekend
Father / son ski weekend. Plenty of space, very clean and very well stocked. Elk in the driveway one night. Nice owners and good communication. Would definitely stay again.
