"This is probably the worst hotel in haikou. From the experience to the hotel itself. The inner decor is like something out from a 90s movie. The location sucks and no restaurants around. Even the food delivery service refuses to deliver to this hotel cause is in the middle of nowhere. Also the service is quite bad. I don’t think I will ever stay at this hotel again even if it’s for free. "

"This is the newest hotel in Haikou and opened during the pandemic period. Had high expectations as I last visited in 2018 and this was still building and I stay at nearby Hilton Haikou. A few issues we had which is why we gave 3-star rating: 1. The hotel’s main lobby and breakfast at all day dining area was located at 35th and 34th floor respectively but the rooms are located at lower levels… very odd planning 2.
