"The description said there was breakfast, private bathroom, kitchen, free water, and no curfew. None of this was provided or was true. They locked the gate at night and we were locked in till 9 am. This is a major fire safety hazard. The common area was being used as a restaurant. Guests were made to feel we were nuisance. I spoke with other guests that felt that the same way. "My stay at Satori hotel was great. Avi at the front desk was very kind and helpful. They quickly helped me and let me check-in early. The hotel is beautiful with an outdoor terrace on the 5th floor that overlooks Haifa bay. There’s a coffee bar always available by the terrace. Clean rooms, good wifi, hot water, quiet stay, and even a mini fridge in the room. I highly recommend Satori hotel to travelers."
