"The staff were very responsive and very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, with a small kitchenette , including a microwave, fridge, sink and electric kettle. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. "Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. "Die Ankunft war etwas schwierig. Nach langem warten endlich den sehr freundlichen Gärtner getroffen. Besitzer nur telefonisch erreicht. Wir haben den Abebd im Wasser genossen. Adult only weiss ich nicht wofür es steht. Es war eine Familie mit 3 Kleinkinder anwesend was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Es ist ein Ort der gefällt oder er gefällt nicht. "From the moment I stepped into the house, I was welcomed with open arms by the wonderful hostess, Abir. She made me feel immediately at home and like I was staying with family. This place is magical, filled with history and generations of stories. The room had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfortable. But what made my stay truly special was the warmth and genuine hospitality. I would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone visiting the holy town...

"Terrible experience. Dirty room. Mold on walls. There was a leak in the toilette that wasn't fixed until 9:30 pm when we were going to sleep already. We couldnt go to the toilette or shower during the entire stay. It was very noisy. You could hear everything from other rooms or from street. We couldn't sleep at all. They didnt find us another room or compensate us. Will not recommend going there to anybody!!"

"Hala at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. When we needed something like robes or towels the staff was very attentive. The room was spotless and spacious. The bed and bedding was so comfortable we slept late every morning. Great shower and nice products. Loved the big sink:) The hot tubs were delightful. The patio was a nice place to sit outside. They can use a few more umbrellas and perhaps get the corners when sweeping- not sure what that feathery stuff was:(. Loved this place and will definitely stay here again."
