Very nice hotel with friendly staffs. Locate at convenient location within walking distance

We highly recommend this hotel. Staff is execellent and helpful. Hotel is clean. 5 star services! Great experience for us! Thank you AUI !

Every morning, someone would greet us and check if everything was okay with the room — such a nice touch!

Super helpful staff, made things very easy

I used this property more as layover accomodation. Grace at the front desk was super helpful and made my planned day on Cat Ba Island so beautiful, very grateful

A really lovely property, the staff were amazing. We had a perfect stay. Thank you

Great resort , staff very friendly, made us feel welcome

Very acceptable ~ good clean hotel, comfortable rooms, walking distance to a few restaurants etc, woukd have stayed another night but no vacancy

Modern appointments, great breakfast on the 9th floor with views over the lake.

Excellent 👍👍👍

Room was modern and lovely and had great views of the park below and the city far and wide, only downside was pool was inaccessible in my stay but that may have only been because I didn't ask the staff to open it for me. The bath and shower were amazing though would happily stay again
