"Awesome hotel, staff goes above and beyond. Only the breakfast buffet is a bit lacking, coffee options are somewhat limited and the whole breakfast offering is not really up to par with the rest of the hotel experience, but this is obviously a very subjective measure."

"The location is out of the main city area. However that’s what I wanted as I wanted to travel to other areas and use the location as a base. This property was excellent value in a junior apartment. I give the staff 10 out of 10."

"This was a beautiful resort in a very nice location. Unfortunately, two of the pools were closed when we were there for maintenance and the weather wasn’t very nice so we were unable to use the beach facilities. There was only one restaurant open for supper dining options. We had to pay for a shuttle into town or you could walk about 20 minutes. It is a bigger resort and felt a little bit more impersonal than some of the smaller properties we’ve stayed at on our trip to Vietnam. Although the staff were friendly and helpful, you didn’t get as much of a personal touch as you do in some smaller places."

"Our stay at the Moon Boutique Hotel was wonderful. This was the best hotel we stayed at on our 2 week trip to Vietnam. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful for all our needs. The location is right in the main strip of Cat Ba town, which can be a bit hectic but our room wasn’t too noisy. This was a great value for the price and I would return."
