"The front desk man was very nice and kind and he deserves a 5 stars hotel, however the condition of the room was not as per our expectations, only one towel for 4 people, the room was cold so need to use the air conditioner with a terrible noise, the water is in ground. "

"Quand nous sommes arrivés nous étions pas noter sur leur agenda pas de trace de notre arrivée il a fallu prouvé que nous avions bi réservé et payé pour une chambre triple
Du coup l'hôtel était complet, ils nous ont donné une chambre double avec un matelas au sol, nous étions pas trop satisfait.
Notre nuitée était moyennement bien le lit de 2 personnes n'était II 1 pas du tout confortable "

"Je ne le recommande pas du tt sa pu un peu partout, ils ont mentionné qu'il y a un lave-linge or que non, les lits font du bruit et on entend bien le bruit des eaux usée qui passent à travers la cuisine et la salle de bain qui pu jusqu'à ce que je bouche le tuyau qui est sensé être l'évacuation du lave-linge. Je n'avais pas de wifi et j'ai dû descendre 2 fois et rien, puis il m'a dit que je vais remonter pour remédier le pb mais rien, aucune nouvelles ni le wifi.
Heureusement que j'étais...

"Ibiris Hotel did exceed my expectations. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Tried to help where they could although would help to have someone who can speak English working there. Breakfast was decent. Well planned. Limited on space but always clean.
Rooms were fairly clean and more spacious than I expected based on reviews. Towels could have been a bit cleaner (they were washed but stained)
Would have been good to have a cupboard in the room, kettle, iron as basic necessities.

"This is a refurbished "grand hotel" that has been restored to give the feel of the original construction with modern updates. It's clear that some fixtures were chosen for budget provisions. All in all it works. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. A major priority. The staff was very nice, like it seems everyone in algeria. The location is central and desirable to me for that reason."
