"Overall, it was a nice stay. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, my kids loved the taco bar. Pool and hot tub was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The only problem we had, the air conditioning system was very noisy and the kids had a rough time getting to sleep as their bed was directly next to it. We'd likely stay there again."

"Loved the pool and hot tub. Grounds are beautiful with Adirondack chairs and fire pits on the beach overlooking the lake and mountains. Lovely deck area with outdoor bar, chairs and fire pits. Wonderful meals at the Lakeside Grille and nice lunch at the bar and grill which is located next the deck and pool."

"We went from staying at one of the worst Hampton Inn’s in Flemington, New Jersey to one of the best Hampton Inn’s in Hagerstown, Maryland.The property is very clean and well lit at night.We were checked in by Karin who was fabulous. She was very friendly and personable gave us information about the area and even went out of her way to get us two extra pillows. The breakfast actually had fresh blueberries and strawberries, which tasted wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room was clean. The gentleman at checkout the next morning was very personable. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn."

"Was a great 3 nights. The only small disappointment was that the pool was pretty cold. Breakfast was decent, especially the sausage! The outdoor property is beautiful & the folks that served the bar restaurant & food fantastic. Thank you"

"Location great off highway. Staff polite, helpful. Bed linens clean. Multiple TVs in suite. Internet available including ethernet. Room tired, needs updating. Paint chipped, carpets threadbare and mismatched. Lights very dim. Refrigerator wobbles, not level. Microwave door doesnt open fully. Bathroom: Door hinges rusty, broken faucet handle, water pressure low to nonexistent, have to hold toilet handle down to flush, dust in corners of sink and tub, just doesnt feel clean. Bedroom: Pillows small and hard, mattress not very comfortable, drapes had stain splatters. For price i expected much, much better."
