Fabulous hotel! So many amenities, great staff, and absolutely spotless. We selected Premier Grand and the lounges were perfect for relaxing in after a busy day of sightseeing. Location is great too!

Location is excellent, 5 mins from utsunomiya jr station. Bed n room is very good. Reception efficient. Onsen is modern and outside onsen is good. Bf is exvellent, however, dishes are not replaced fast enough. Food is diversified, and changes.

The room was roomy, clean, with all modern conveniences for a short stay. Near all transport, eating places. The included breakfast was excellent and the price is reasonable. The best accommodation in Japan for us who have come here 4 times at different cities.
