"The villa was as beautiful as pictured on vrbo. The setting in the hills was gorgeous and landscaped with amazing flowers and plants. The chefs were very friendly and not only was the food incredible every day but it was displayed elegantly. The house was cleaned daily, beds were comfortable, the showers inside and out were great and the property manager arranged all of our excursions with guides to meet us at each stop. We were so spoiled!! Our driver was prompt and so kind and every moment was absolutely PERFECT. "

"Peaceful, secluded casita with all the essentials for comfort and relaxation. Located a short but very steep way up a hill between Hatillo and Dominical. The hosts, Ann Marie and Michael, met us and led us up when we arrived. They were very hospitable and friendly and gave us lots of ideas on things to do in the area. We really enjoyed the boat tour on the Sierpe River and a visit to the Nauyaca Falls. We enjoyed the Savegre area and found it much more pleasant than crowded Quepos and Manuel Antonio. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The views from this property are gorgeous! The road to get up there is no joke, so yes you do need 4 wheel drive. The pool is huge and perfect temp. Very few mosquitoes, just at dawn and dusk. Lots of seating around the pool area. 9 of us had plenty of space there. Wil was very responsive with any questions we had. We hired Kes to cook breakfast and dinner for 3 days and the food was delicious. The kitchen had what we needed to cook for ourselves on the other days. The primary bedrooms in the main house, pool house and casita are spacious. The two bedrooms downstairs are much smaller with separate entrances and connected by a door you can lock for a little privacy. All the a/c units worked well. The lighting in the kitchen was pretty dim at night, but the lighting in the rest of the property was ok. This property is definitely a bit isolated, so you’re not going to make any quick trips into town. But the location offers incredible views, tons of bird watching, the occasional monkey, and peaceful evenings watching the stars. We really enjoyed our stay there. "

"We only were able to WhatsApp the contact. Initial email did not contact correct gate code info. nor were we notified when the code changed. The bed was horrible and we had to buy a mattress topper. We asked for one, but the contact said he would have to check with the owner. We didn't want to wait that long.There weren't any cleaning supplies so we had to purchase on our own. Only two chairs by the pool which seems odd in a rental that sleeps 8. Bamboo furniture, while aesthetically pleasing, was not comfortable at all.I would say out of three hammocks, two need replacing. "

"Beautiful place in an amazing, peaceful location. The room was perfect! The staff were wonderful and the food was great! The pool was the nicest I have seen in Costa Rica, and I have stayed many places. I highly recommend staying at this incredible hotel!"

"This was the perfect house and location for our family of 8 (2 grandparents, 3 forty-somethings, and 3 children (2 11 year olds and one 14). Everyone loved the pool. We also loved the well equipped kitchen, panoramic views of the jungle were we saw toucans, scarlet mackaws and other birds. There were lots of places to sit and chat and a great tv room to watch movies together. There is a large grocery store only minutes away and lots to do in the area. The only drawback is a steep, curvy road up to the place, but our drivers mastered it after a few times. We would love to come back. Perfect place to connect with family you may not have seen for awhile."
