"Very nice hotel , food was good, rooms clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. One VERY disappointing aspect was the service staff, B Singh, specifically. Zero personality and very rude. Interacted twice asking for ice and treated my adult daughter with attitude and front desk staff had to intervene as well. Not a good look for hotel."

For cleaning you need to request it, and also the small print is to request by 6am. And even checking in, they pass you the task of completing the registration form on a screen. "Breakfast is included. Always fresh but limited. Other hotels charge $17-30 for the same choices. The location with the store next door and the train just a block or 3 minutes walk is super convenient. I've been a regular since 2023 and will keep coming back."
