"The staff here were fabulous. In the rooms, for Shampoo and Conditioner, they have tiny plastic sample size bottles that are changed everyday. It’s very wasteful, and the shampoo majorly dries out your hair. I stayed here for two weeks and fortunately had brought my own bars of shampoo and conditioner. Would very much appreciate if they could change this moving forward."

"The hotel is ideally situated. A 5min walk from the rail station. There are numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. The main part of Geneva is no more than a 10min stroll. If we return to Geneva, we would definitely stay there again. Very much recommend."
