"The room itself was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable, well-appointed, and we were very happy with the accommodation itself. However, the biggest challenge was the parking and unloading situation. There is no parking available at the property, and nowhere to safely pull over in front of the building to unload luggage. We were travelling with several bags, and one member of our party has limited mobility. Having to unload on a busy street with buses passing very close by was quite stressful and, at times, felt unsafe. The listing also mentioned a luggage storage room, but unfortunately we were unable to access it because the keypad entry system did not work. We also attempted to contact the host about these issues but never received a response, which was disappointing. One small point of feedback is regarding the towels. Only one towel per guest was provided. Most hotels and vacation rentals we have stayed in provide at least two towels per person, and having an extra towel available would have been appreciated. Overall, the accommodation itself was excellent, but the lack of parking, difficulty unloading luggage, inaccessible luggage storage, and lack of communication from the host affected our experience."
