Everything was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is relatively new so everything is modern and clean. I used the sauna which was great. I thought the filtered water and ice station close to our room was great. The omelette at breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had and the breakfast staff were great.

This was one of the nicest hotels i have stayed at for the price point. It was a solid four star hotel staff was super knowledgeable and helpful. The room cleaning staff the super friendly gave us extra stuff when we needed it. The food at the hotel is excellent, but expensive go pay twice the amount as if you want to a restaurant offsite. Most of the pools were closed due to the temperature, but we are able to use the pool at the Intercontinental. We use the Intercontinental concierge’s to book all of our tours. I can’t say enough about this hotel.

Room was nice, a little tired though. There is a lot of construction as they are building a new hotel next door. It was quite noisy during the day. Also noisy at night as it’s near to a bay where people are on the beach at all hours. Also you have to use pool at neighbouring hotel, I think this is probably due to maintenance rather than anything else. The drinks at the pool bar hotel next door are really expensive. 2 ice lollies cost 8.80 euros!!

Breakfast had plenty of choice and was warm and fresh. Rooms, clean and made up every day. Bar, staff needed training or a little help with certain drinks, especially when paying a little more for and Aperol Sprtiz and Margaritas but no big deal.

Could not complain about the staff, always happy to help. Pool and Spa was relaxing. Breakfast was ok, food changed so not always the same, had 1 meal in the restaurant, not the best, ordered Pork Belly but got ribs and only when asked was informed chef could not get belly not when ordering.
