You’ll have the entire apartment—every room, closet, and the traditional enclosed balcony—all to yourselves. Entry is completely step-free: glide through the secure building lobby, take the lift to the 1st floor, and open a smart key-box at the door for 24/7 self-check-in. The private washer-dryer, fully equipped kitchen, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, 55″ Smart TV, and both spa-style bathrooms are exclusively yours. Only the ground-floor lobby and lift are shared with other residents; no other common areas.

Waste & recycling Colour-coded bags (provided) are collected curb-side on set days; details are in the welcome book.

Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is fully contactless, giving you total flexibility, but we’re never more than a message or call away. Expect rapid replies (usually within minutes) via the Airbnb app, or phone -day or night. We’re happy to arrange extras like airport pickup, grocery drops, or baby gear, and if you’d like a quick in-person hello or neighbourhood walkthrough, just ask. Otherwise, we respect your privacy and let you enjoy the apartment as if it were your own.
