"Terrible property for 5 stars, smells like mold, there was no ac . They said is working and it was so hot in the room, the staff is extremely unfriendly- charge for coffee in the room also. No free parking and those bugs are everywhere upfront of hotel and inside, also balcony great view , but very old and huge spiders at night "

All necessary for a short stay in the studio was sufficient and exceptionally clean - a rare find for those types of accommodations in BG as a whole. "Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. We had some issues with our room but I think was due to the recent refurb and some issues not resolved in construction. The hotel changed us to a different room and all was sorted. Staff speak a bit of English but I would say it did cause some communication issues occasional as they are not all fluent.
The pool is beautiful but gets shade from 4pm onwards - so it’s a bit chill in June. "

"Our room was huge and the twin beds were both small doubles. The bathroom had a bath and separate walk in shower. Bath robes and slippers were provided. The sea view from the balcony was fabulous. The buffet meals had a fantastic selection and plenty of it! Tea and coffee was freely available at breakfast as well as juices and water. All the staff were friendly and the restaurant staff were exceptional. There is a walkway that leads directly onto the beach so no crossing the road! Would thoroughly recommend this hotel."
