If I could give this no stars I would. I booked this months in advance, reviews were good. Just wish I wasn't out several hundreds of dollars, I'll be filing a claim with VRBO"

The atmosphere was deeply relaxing, making it easy to disconnect and fully enjoy the experience. The food exceeded all expectations. It was much better than I anticipated from the online reviews. Every meal featured incredibly fresh ingredients and a well-balanced mix of Okinawan dishes. Dining here became one of the highlights of our stay. The open-air baths were easy to use, beautifully maintained, and added a special, calming rhythm to each day. If you’re considering Hyakuna Garan, don’t hesitate. "The service here was excellent, they welcomed me with a handwritten letter on my table with some decorations and mints. Great place to stay, room view of the ocean was beautiful. The room itself was huge in comparison to other hotels in the area. "

We needed to check out quite early in the morning and could not stay for the hot breakfast, so the staff prepared and packed breakfast the night before for us to take with us when we checked out.
