This place was amazing. The couple that run the place were so nice and even if they don’t speak English, they tried so hard to be helpful, specially the man. He ordered us a taxi and was very involved until the taxi arrived the next day. The rooms are a typical Korean house but they are so clean and spacious. They have a TV, WiFi and outlets. The bathroom was very clean and size appropriate. The guest house is in a perfect area to walk to the castle and museum or to find something to eat. There is a convenience store around the corner. There is a bus station close so it’s easy to go to other places that aren’t as close to the guest house. I was really surprise that despite it being close to a garden, trees and stuff, there weren't insects inside the room. I was a little scared that by sleeping in the floor, that would be a problem, but it wasn’t at all. I would recommend this place without a doubt.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. The owner of the hotel personally prepared breakfast each morning, which included bread, fresh coffee, and vegetables, all of which were cooked with great care and tasted delicious. We were also incredibly impressed with the owner's kindness and helpfulness, as they went out of their way to assist us with any needs we had. Overall, our stay at your hotel was truly memorable, and we will always remember the owner's kindness and hospitality. Thank you once again for making our trip to Gyeongju a truly special one.

Excellence location, clean, quiet. Staffs are extremely supportive and helpful, provided excellence service. You can walk to many historic sites and close to many bus stops. I recommeded this hanok.

Beautiful traditional layout. Great location. Bathroom is modern, although the shower will still wet the floor like many Korean bathrooms. I agree that the futons are a bit thin, but if you double up on the futons, it's comfortable.

We had an amazing time staying at Wiyeonjae Hanok Stay. It’s a beautiful building to stay in and located in a very handy area for tourist attractions. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Would highly recommend!

The hosts were lovely and accommodating. The Hanok felt like an authentic Korean experience. And the area surrounding was both interesting and beautiful. The hanok was also a short taxi ride away from Gyeongju World Amusement Park!
