"I was shocked as to how disgusting and dirty this place was. Showers were glued together, looks like the doors and tiles were coming off. The shower wood barnstyle sliding door itself did not close all the way, would jam 70% of the way through. I would never stay here again, breakfast was medicore."

What kind of "four star" hotel has no system for early check-in, late check-out, baggage hold, etc., these are basic facilities you get. Hostels have better facilities.
