"Unique and different from other hotels, it’s very old and need serious remodeling. Very small bathroom (reminds me of place in London) located right next to entrance of Sarak national park. "Cassia Hotel provided the highest level of satisfaction in every aspect, including its location and service. However, the long wait time during check-in was an issue, and when I booked through Hotels.com with a breakfast-included package, the handling of leftover breakfast coupons was inadequate.
