Located on the Sawyer, this home is half of a duplex 10 mins from the Airport and just 20 minutes from Marquette! We are right off of some of the best ATV / Snowmobile trails, 30 mins from Eben Ice Caves, 45 mins from Munising for Pictured Rocks, and 50 Minutes From Escanaba. We offer a full kitchen, 3 beds, board games, cards, Amazon FireStick and wifi. We also have a kids swing set in the backyard! We just updated the mattress with brand new Serta pillow top mattresses!

This is one half of a duplex, but everything is private for you - and there are no shared spaces, just a shared wall with the neighbor.

No Uber / Lyft - must drive everywhere.

If you are smoking Weed or tobacco, please do so in the garage and use the sand butts to store you cig. butts.
