The drop-off is at the side of the building and thus it's a slight hassle during check-in and checkout when you have luggage. There's no air con in the room during the winter months, making it complicated to manage the room temperature as one has to adjust the windows for it. There's no security for Hotel access and thus it's less safe. Self service laundry equipment is in excellent condition especially the AI drying options. "
