"It’s is a very old building thus we could hear the pounding sounds of the elevators throughout the day and nights. The staff seemed surprised when I mentioned it to them and didn’t make any attempt to move us to a different room. The bed is very high for average person and there was no step stool to help with climbing up or down. We loved the location and the valet staff. I do not recommend this hotel. "

"I really liked that it was in walkable vicinity of the downtown historic district. The hotel was ver nice. I loved my room as it was very clean and plenty of room for 3 people. "

"I never saw the pool. They advertised breakfast included and they had nothing. They emailed me two weeks before my trip that the restaurant would be closed from the 16 of March on but when I got there they said we haven’t had breakfast for a year. They only had one kind of tea. Black tea no herbal tea. It was the bear minimum on amenities. I would not stay there again "

"Outdated, you can hear water pipes at 6am as if they are drilling a wall. Also unfriendly and unwelcome staff. Horrible "

"First, I absolutely loved the room and set up of the room as I’ve never seen a hotel room set up that way. I love that the couch is in front of the very large city view window. Nice bathroom as well. The only issue was that it was a little warm in the room even with the air conditioning running. Not a huge problem as it isn’t that hot outside right now, but I could see it getting really hot during the summer. That being said, I would love to stay here again!"

"Returning guest! Staff was great. Loved the restaurant and the bar. Extra security was in place for St Paddy’s and I never felt unsafe. "
