"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we walked in it felt cozy, just like home. It was very clean, and equipped with everything one needs during their stay. It’s located within walking distance of the downtown shops and restaurants. We’ll definitely book another stay when we come to Guthrie! The Padden’s"

"The room was nothing as described. It was described as an entire apartment with a kitchenette when we arrived we found it to be a motel six single king bed room with a microwave and a refrigerator that barely stayed cold. The pictures of the room/apartment as indicated had a Jacuzzi bathtub as well. That was not there. The host or counter person was on site was very rude and was not communicative at all, though the room was clean. It was not as clean as expected or it should’ve been everything...

Also, listing says that there is a security gate that is closed and locked every night for safety and that you will need a code to get in. That is completely not true. Gate was left open 24 hours a day which allowed a ton of traffic in and out all night. On the second night we were there there was a man breaking into cars,...

"The check-in process was quick and the hot tub nice , what else would you need?"

"I'd recommend this place to anyone passing through. Rooms were clean with essentials like a fridge and TV. Not luxurious but offered good value compared to other Edmond spots I tried."

"This was a beautifully decorated studio apartment and worked great for our weekend stay. The host communicated weather updates which was much appreciated."

"Super cute place to stay! Check in and parking were easy. We just needed a place to stay for a quick overnight stopover and this place was perfect and close to OSU campus."

"We were not able to even get inside the place. Instructions were sent a couple days before but it did not include an access instructions. Reached out to the host for access instructions and he responded after a couple hours. I sat in my car outside the property for an hour before calling VRBO customer support. The first agent couldn’t find any access information, the supervisor found it and I thought everything was going to be good. The host then responded with hard to understand communication...
