Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We were not able to even get inside the place. Instructions were sent a couple days before but it did not include an access instructions. Reached out to the host for access instructions and he responded after a couple hours. I sat in my car outside the property for an hour before calling VRBO customer support. The first agent couldn’t find any access information, the supervisor found it and I thought everything was going to be good. The host then responded with hard to understand communication that made no sense. We got back to the property after a business dinner only to find that the apartment in question didn’t even have a way to enter the code we were given and it looked empty so we had to find a different place to stay.
