"Always an amazing experience at the Hilton University of Houston hotel! It has always been my choice of hotel to stay at when I go to visit my daughter at the University of Houston. The associates are very friendly and always go above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable! The hotel is immaculate! The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable! Breakfast isn’t included, but Eric’s restaurant on site serves delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. There’s also a nice gym on the 3rd floor with up to date equipments. Overall, my family and I love this hotel! It can be expensive on some nights though!"

"Positives: The house is nice, and the neighborhood was pretty quiet even over the weekend. Inside the kitchen was quite usable and stocked with essentials and then some. The home was quite clean throughout. Location proximity was great to the stadium as well as the convention center. Quiet, cozy home. It worked perfectly for the week we used the location. The bedrooms were usable and clean. Negatives: Communication with the host was a bit delayed in terms of replying to get an answer on early check-in, but i also understand life happens. Don't expect the ability to enter until the check-in time, without confirmation from the host. If check-in is at 4pm, that lock will not allow the code entry til exactly 4 pm. The driveway/parking area is a bit tight if in a larger suv or truck. But managed to park two larger vehicles, but it is a tight squeeze. I misread the description and did not realize the 3rd bedroom was an outside unit. The outside unit does not have plumbing but does have power and an AC unit. But the backdoor to the home is not a keypad entry so it is either leave the backdoor unlocked, or the person walks to the front if they need to use the bathroom. The security camera notifications are quite annoying when, say a stray dog runs through the backyard. Master has a low bedframe, was not expecting that.. must of missed that in the photos. Overall would stay again."

"No bar soap, pillows were uncomfortable. Hotel desk staffed only for limited hours, so check in outside of those hours is a challenge, requiring customer to scan a copy of driver's license to receive a code. Fair price for the room."

"It was beautiful I would suggest anyone to stay there the deck with the mulberry trees is lovely it’s sooo serene and peaceful! The inside is even more beautiful!! Host was so friendly and welcoming "

"We paid for a heated pool and it wasn’t working, which defeated the point of renting this house. It was cold and we were only able to use it for short periods of time due to the cold. On top of that the pool was dirty. Contacted them and they refused to give us any kind of discount only a full refund which at the time, we were already on our way there from the airport and couldn’t get anything else, we had tickets for events that were timed. The rest of the house was clean and ok. "
