The restaurants on property always a nice selection. Unfortunately i found the suite i stayed in not up to the cleanliness i would want from Oberoi. As I watches the staff clean, I noticed that they tried their best and did everything correctly. They followed as they are told. The problem came from their training. I don’t think they are properly trained in cleaning. They use a dirty swifter to
Clean the Floors. If the swifter is dirty the floors will remain dirty. This is a training issue not a work issue. No need to go on, you get the picture. Apart from that, it is always a beautiful Hotel"
