6/10 Okay

"The hotel was decent. Nothing really special about it. It could use some updates, walls, paint, new toilets. We were disappointed with the breakfast, came down a little after 8am and everything was wiped out. Asked the staff if they had anymore cereal, bananas or bagels and they said no. I've stayed in alot of hotels and have never seen the breakfast so lacking."

"I wish I had know it was going through renovations before I booked. There was a strong smell no matter where you went. Soon as we entered our room it smelled like chemicals. In the hallway a new bad smell. In the main area. I have been at hotels with renovations but this is probably one of the worst ones. The smells really affected my headache."

"The place was very nice and clean. It felt safe and it was well decorated. The staff were nice. The bed was comfortable. I slept well there. The fitness room doesn’t have a whole lot of stuff. It has one treadmill, one exercise bike, a weight machine and some hand weights. The breakfast is modest. They don’t cook lots of eggs and biscuits and bacon and so forth. It’s mostly cereal, coffee, fruit, and coffee. I think they have bagels. I would stay there again."

"Upon arrival the ac was not on. After trying to turn it on several times, I used the flashlight on my phone to see better. There will multiple pills inside the vent, white and blue, along with general trash. I went to the desk immediately to leave and request a refund. I asked to wash my hands after touching a contaminated vent and was directed to a bathroom with NO soap. When I asked if they had soap I was told no. Windows were busted out, pills in the nonworking air conditioner and no one cared. She blamed that on housekeeping lol. Waiting on Expedia to refund me from this nightmare. Highly recommend staying elsewhere. Will NEVER return."
