Lovely rental in downtown Gunnison! Prime location if needing to be near Western Colorado University or walking distance of downtown. The decor is modern and very welcoming. All instructions were very clear. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute and convenient place!

We stayed here with my two older parents and our dogs. We had everything we needed and were able to get into town easily due to its closeness to campus and Main Street. The yard was perfect for our dogs to relax. Great place to stay!

We stayed here to ski Crested Butte. The mountain is about 35 minutes away, so very doableThe house is not huge, but plenty of space for 3 people. It’s very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We would stay here again

Easy to find, close to coffee on your way up to ski in the morning and an easy drive to the mountain. Place was welcoming and clean with plenty of space. Christmas tree 🎄 was a very nice touch!

We absolutely loved this Vrbo! Perfect amount of space for two, three or even four people. Kitchen was awesome with good pots and pans. Everything in the home is high quality and felt fancy. We made great use of the space and will definitely use it again if we come through Gunnison.

A beautiful home in a great area! Loved it and the hosts! Kitchen is fantastic, living areas bathroom are beautiful and the linens are top notch! All communications were quick and anything we needed was taken care very quickly. We would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Very Happy with property. Kitchen was well equipped and we used it often. Location was great right next to Western making it very convenient. Will definitely rent it again. Bummed we cannot rent it for Graduation week in May.

Nice Memorial weekend stay

This is a very nice home in an excellent location. There are a lot of clever uses of space and high-end European appliances in the kitchen that are very cool. It is a fresh remodel so everything inside is like new. The outdoor space is outstanding. The home is very well stocked and they included a lot of extras, like treats and drinks. I would definitely stay here again.

Best. Bungalow. Ever!!!

This place is amazing! The house was perfect for our family on our vacation. The decor was beautiful and I will be using some of these ideas when I get home. The amenities of the property were so nice to have on hand. Our kids attended the Western basketball camp as my brother is the head coach. Location could not have been better! We can’t wait to come back, we had a blast!

We came to visit our son at Western for family weekend. From our previous visit to Gunnison, we knew we wanted something else than the hotel scene around here can provide. This place was perfect! Walkable to campus and the shops and restaurants of Main Street. Beautifully upgraded and decorated little home. So clean and comfortable. We definitely hope to stay here again on our next visit to Gunnison.

Excellent Stay

The place was excellent and really well put together and stocked. The location is right across the street from the edge of Western State. I was there during Fall Break, so it was rather quiet. I'm not sure if it gets louder during "normal" class times. Gunnison and the neighborhood are rather quiet though, and Gunnison is about 30 mins away from Crested Butte. I mention this, because we did wish there more food options in Gunnison. You won't starve in Gunnison, but if staying a week and wanting nicer food, you'll likely be headed to Crested Butte for a few meals. The place itself though was better than advertised in my opinion. I really liked how it was put together. The wifi worked well, we were able to watch our Netflix account, the heat was fine, the dishes/utensils/cookware was well stocked, etc. I definitely recommend the place.
