With 3,000 square feet of living space and a 2 acre manicured yard on the Gunnison river, "Diamond On The River" is indeed a special vacation property. This home couldn`t be more comfortable with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 living areas, and a fabulous setting right on the river. Located at the end of the road, this oasis property has it all for your next family vacation! The owners have gone out of their way to provide a true Colorado retreat.

Upon entering through the family room, you immediately get the sense that relaxation won't be a problem on this trip! With a large flat panel television, seating for the whole family, views out to the river, a game table and shuffleboard, this room sets the tone for the whole home. There is a brand new full bath in this room for convenience or the dedicated use of one of the guest bedrooms down the hall.

Leave the family room and you will find two bedrooms and another full bathroom. One guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has another queen bed and also a daybed/trundle combo.

The end of the hall opens into the great room with new rock fireplace and inset flat panel TV. With vaulted ceilings and trophy mounts from a lifetime of hunting, this room is the definition of comfortable The kitchen is open with a pass through to the great room so everyone is involved when the family gathers. Around the corner is the dining room with seating for 10 and a wall of picture windows which look out to the backyard and over the river.

Upstairs you will find a third bedroom with queen sleigh bed and it`s own en-suite bath, along with, the master bedroom with king bed and huge master bath featuring dual vanities, jetted tub, and an oversized glass shower. This room has a multitude of windows which overlook the expansive backyard and the river.

Outside you will find a large deck with seating, a gas grill, horseshoe pit and even a tree house cottage for the little ones to play in. So, take a seat in the brightly colored Adirondack chairs overlooking the river and let life slow down for a while at Diamond on the River!

Offering clean and safe rental homes has always been our top priority. As always there is no need to come into our offices to check in.  Since the beginning we have had contactless check in where as a guest you go directly to your home and access the property with a code.  Iron Horse has elevated and will continue to place an emphasis on our cleaning practices and policies, along with procedures such as direct check in to limit contact and provide a safe vacation environment.

Highest Standard Cleaning Procedures

All of our vacation rentals and housekeeping properties are thoroughly and professionally cleaned between each stay. Here are some of the steps we take between each visit to ensure your home will be sanitized, clean, and disinfected.
-All of our cleaning and maintenance staff wear gloves and face covers while in our properties.
-All hard surfaces and high touch areas are cleaned with household disinfectant including doorknobs, handles, toilets and faucet knobs, light switches, handrails, remote controls, lockboxes, electronics, thermostats, game areas, furniture, kitchen cabinets and refrigerators, etc.
-Private Hot tubs are ALWAYS cleaned, treated and sanitized before your stay. If there is ever a question of cleanliness our crew is instructed to completely drain and refill the tub in addition to sanitizing. Condo shared hot tubs are maintained by each individual HOA and follow current cleanliness standards.
-All bed and bath linens are laundered on site and installed with care
-Our properties include hand soap, dish soap, and other approved disinfectants for your use
-No Contact Check-Ins - there is no need to come to our office during your stay
