The house wasn’t cleaned when we arrived due to cleaning issues. The owner quickly rectified it and we had a great stay. Comfortable and great location. Quick walk to Gunnison River.

A fantastic few days in the Gunnison Valley, launching from this home. We had easy access to local trails, as well as the University, but truly enjoyed spending time cooking, sharing meals, and playing games in this bright, clean home. I was very grateful for the host’s attentive feedback and care!

Nice house!

Check in was super easy and communication with the host was great. We had plenty of room for the 3 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed and I loved having a washer and dryer! Gunnison is a nice town with easy access to plenty of Jeep trails. We had room in the driveway for our truck, trailer, and the Jeep. We were gone all day, so this wasn't a huge issue; however, in 90+ degree heat in August, this southerner likes a little air conditioning and this house does not have it. Sleeping was comfortable with all the windows open downstairs, but the upstairs stayed pretty warm. We were glad to find the fans in the closet.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back to this house! It was very comfortable, clean, well stocked with everything we needed. The host was a great and helpful communicator. The only issue we had was that the upstairs tv doesn’t work so we couldn’t use it.

Celebrating our mom’s 90th birthday over the 4th of July!

Great place for 6 adults and small kids. Fenced back yard, playground right down the alley. Limited parking at the home but plenty of parking on the street a short distance from the rental. Also pet friendly.

We had a great two night stay at this home. The host was very responsive to a few questions and accommodated the early check-in request. The home was clean upon arrival and very comfortable. They had a recent snowstorm and the driveway wasn't cleared nor the back entry to home but there was a shovel to create a path. The home is close to all needed amenities/shopping and a short drive to Blue Mesa reservoir for some ice fishing. The keyless entry didn't work for us, but maybe user error! We would stay here again.

Nicely appointed condo, comfortable accommodations in a convenient location to the college, downtown and roadways. Great walking trail nearby. Dog friendly. There was lots of junk stacked along the driveway and side of house, messy and tight to get in and out of the drive. Dog crap all over the back yard drawing flies into the condo.

We really enjoyed the property. It was one of the best stocked homes we have stayed in ! The location to town was perfect. We did wish that some of the throw rugs were washed, several were very dirty, and the large coffee pot was unusable as it leaked from the glass pot ! The grounds need weeding and maintenance. Nothing that would stop us from rebooking ! But all that said it was a wonderful and clean property, comfortable too ! We will stay again when we visit Gunnison!

The listing is deceiving as to what is posted on vrbo. Located in a busy housing development. This home is not on the Gunnison River. Little privacy. Issues with heating. But we did have a good time. But the listing needs to say located in housing dev.

Everything, absolutely everything was perfect! Great communication with property management. Great location! (only suggest, add to listing that only one bedroom is located downstairs - I was told Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2 where on the 1st floor)' Thanks so much, we will certainly be back!
