"We really appreciated the location, being right on the French River, the use of the kayaks, canoes, the view, etc. What could really use improvement, though, and would have us going back, is the bathroom ceiling was in dire need of cleaning and painting, otherwise nothing to complain about the room. Sure, it's dated, but we enjoyed that rustic look."

"The cottage is small but clean. Host very friendly and although their house is close they don't interfere. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as slight hill and stairs down to water.Host accommodating ie Fridge was small and he came with a bigger one for us to use. They also asked if we needed anything when they went into town."

"Overall Highly recommended. Bob was a great host. We love how it feels like home away from home. The literal cabin in the woods. All of us enjoyed our stay, especially the kids utilizing all the water activities. Love it!"

"This cottage is perfect! We loved the drive up and being surrounded my nature. The hosts were very responsive and kept us up to date. The community is also lovely- a neighbour saw our daughter trying to kayak and offered to lend her a child sized one. Absolutely beautiful property with everything you need. "

"The property was lovely, clean, comfortable, peaceful and very scenic.Access by boat was navigable and swimming was very accessible.Property owner was extremely helpful, accommodating and informative .Property manager was very kind and went above to help us when needed.Fishing was great.Lots of outdoor sitting space with beautiful views and comfortable seating.Would stay again at this lovely property.Thank you for a beautiful stay !
