"First room smelt of chemicals. Got moved. Second room had mould on walls and ceilings, some of the furniture tired and very dusty. Windows filthy, no offer of a further bed cover despite it being cold in the evenings, just a cotton throw was available. Pool not open or cleaned. The public areas needed cleaning and painting and some maintenance"
