"Perfect hotel if you’re there to party, it’s close to all the clubs and the hotel area is beautiful with fruit and so on. But the air conditioner was not working and the reception were very unhelpful and their English is limited. On top of all this the guy working in the reception opened our door with the keycard from the reception to two guys who wanted to go into our room. So he opened the door for them and we had to fight to be able to close the door again because the guys were holding it...

"The location and views from our balcony were incredible! We made a tiny plumbing issue with our original room, but were moved next day to a much nicer one! The food, drinks, and entertainment in this All Inclusive were the average, but we would choose it again for the beautiful layout of the property, easy access to hotel's two private beaches and very friendly and helpful staff."
