"The room did not get cool, unfortunately, which I prefer for sleeping, but it was possible to open the window. Also, no attention was paid to the coffee machine, and as such, it needed to be emptied and therefore did not work. Unfortunately, I had to ask multiple daily for refresher of milk, coffee pods, and even coffee cups. Otherwise, the experience was excellent, as was the location."

"Staff was friendly and attentive. We were a part of 3 and we had a junior suite which consists of 2 double rooms with 2 bathrooms."

"I arrived late as my train from Milan was delayed. Unfortunately the intercom seemed not to work. Fortunately, a guest was returning, so i could get in. The check in was very quick. All on ipad. The room is controlled by an iPad too. Blinds, TV, colours. Smallish room."

If the hotel is too busy to accommodate the holiday they should have enough staff or not have booked rooms. They again charged my room for coffee etc after all the inconvenience. "
