The king size bed was lacking in size. I would hate to see what a queen or full looked like. My towels and bedding (sheets) had blood stains on them. The hot tub railing to go into it was loose and swinging from side to side and the stairs leading into it were not marked well. The only nice thing was that the pillows were soft and plush.

The size of the rooms were extremely large and accessible. The hot tub was very nice to have. Having two TVs was also nice. I had it all around good experience and I will use this hotel for my future. Stay thank you

The lobby was clean is the only good thing I can say. The room was clean, but had spiders in the bathtub and the bed was so uncomfortable we didn't get any sleep. The sheets were itchy and it felt as if something was biting us. We called the front desk twice and no one answered. Breakfast was advertised on the website as free, but there is actually a $15 charge.

The property was landscaped in very good shape the staff is very knowledgeable and polite. We came for a basketball tournament and had all the amenities I needed for my family. I will be staying at the Hilton hotels now, I used to be with Wyndham but had a bad experience.

We stayed here last year for Winterguard competition and booked again for same reason this year. Very clean, comfortable, and close to everything. The only complaint is the pillows are not comfortable!!!

When I first made it front staff which was 2 older ladies wasn’t polite or greeted us at all. I stayed on the fourth floor and heard loud footsteps above my head all night long. Definitely wouldn’t stay again.

I will not use the communal soap, lotion and so on. We asked for and received new bar soap which was fine. The communally used things like that are not safe to use in my opinion.

Hilton researched several different types of dispensers prior to rolling out the bulk program to ensure the safety of our guests was a top priority. While the bottles are tamper resistant, we want you to feel safe and secure and will be happy to make single serve products available to you when you stay with us. Not what you would expect from a Hilton!
Checking is was very odd. I prepaid online with Hotels.com and was told that it wasn't paid and asked for full payment. Had to show that it was paid by logging into my bank account online and also showing my paid receipt. The staff person asked for a tip. In the room the refrigerator was open and not running properly. My wife ended up defrosting the fridge and then it ran properly. Shampoo and conditioner dispensers were completely empty. The coffee maker didn't work properly as coffee grounds floated on top of the coffee. Hallway on the second floor didn't look like it was vacuumed in days. Breakfast was overpriced ($16 per person) and was equal to what you would get free with most other brand hotels. The reason we chose this hotel was it's proximity to the airport and it's 24 hour shuttle service. The shuttle service was very good and the driver was very courteous.
