Condo lovely but no hot water.-maintenance never returned calls

We was on short 3 day getaway. Checkin was 4 pm Friday. We didn’t arrive till early Saturday morning due to previous commitment which we knew. So Saturday we went to take showers no hot water at all . Sunday no hot water - Called caribe maintenance twice, left message as they requested got no callback. Poor maintenance service.

Great place to stay. Clean and well stocked. We enjoyed having an under-counter ice maker.
