This family-friendly 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo offers 1,064 sq. ft. of beautifully decorated coastal comfort and sleeps up to 8 guests. Perfect for families or two couples traveling together, this inviting retreat has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable Orange Beach getaway.
Both bedrooms are en-suite for added privacy, and the primary bedroom includes private balcony access with beautiful Gulf views and abundant natural light.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the open floor plan flows seamlessly into the bright, comfortable living area. Step through the sliding glass doors to your private balcony and enjoy morning coffee, stunning sunrises, and refreshing coastal breezes. Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

When it comes to fun and amenities, Phoenix V delivers it all! Enjoy the beachside outdoor pool, kiddie pool, heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, tennis court, racquetball court, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads straight to the sugar-white sands. • NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. Kids room was perfect and comfortable. The master bed room bed was not very comfy and the shower was a bit small for a grown man but other than that it was great. View was beautiful!!

Our stay was great! The view was lovely and the Sands of Alabama team were so easy to communicate with and even let us check in early when we arrived earlier than expected! The property is extremely kid friendly (I will say the splash pad is very slippery so if you have toddlers and little be aware of that). Would come back again.

Great place to stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay here last week. Nothing bad to say about the room. I liked that there was a Keurig for a pot or kcups. The splash pad, pools and appearance of Phoenix V was wonderful. The only issues we had were with the elevators, and honestly as long as it’s not check in/check out times, they were not bad.

Cozy beach getaway

Great location, excellent views of the beach/ocean. Unfortunately the pool on the property was closed for 1/2 the time we were there. Also most amenities were closed until 7 am. Not a huge deal but as someone who likes to workout early in the morning that was a bit of a bummer. Other than that, no complaints. If you are looking for a great spot to bring your family to the beach, this is it!

Great location and roomy space.

Great two bedroom with two full baths. Large living area with a pull out sofa. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, not much provided but sample had soap. There was a blow dryer. The indoor pool was heated in early March with three hot tubs . The beach is easy access. The elevators are very slow, there was o my one working at the time. Parking is 55 per car per stay.

Loved our stay at Phoenix V! It was a great location for a family with small children- we have an infant and a 3-year-old. I wish that they supplied a little bit more, like dish soap or more than one singular dishwasher tablet/laundry pod, and some salt and pepper at the very least. It says in the description that these are not provided though, it would just be a nice touch. Definitely bring what you need or do what we did and go to the nearby dollar general and get stuff from the dollar aisle. The beds were comfortable, and everything was in working condition. The shower head in the master bathroom was very loose and there were some scuffs on the walls but nothing was dirty or broken. The access to the beach was easy, we never had any issues getting an elevator when we needed one. The splash pad is a bit slippery, but I had my daughter wear her water shoes and it helped a bit.Overall a great stay, and I would definitely stay there again!

Great view

Great property. There is still some “patch work” that needs to be finished. As a rental, I’m sure it was be hard to have it repaired. Kids loved the beach, indoor pool and out door pool play area. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Long weekend

Overall, we enjoyed the property. The amenities of the property were great especially for children which is what brought us to the listing. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was closed on 2 days of our stay but that’s not any fault of the owner. We thought the property was more dated than appeared in the photos. Several of the electrical plugs did not work that we found frustrating. Also, 2 remotes had batteries that were dead. After figuring out how to work the tv, we ended up having to go purchase batteries for them and left them for the next visitor. It was nice for the time we were there but likely for a longer stay will need to find somewhere with more space in the bedrooms.

Family of 4 and we had plenty of room. The condo was clean upon arrival and we had plenty of amenities for our stay. Great location and staff. The showers are a little outdated but it was fine. Beds were comfortable.

We had a great stay and it was very clean and beautiful area. The only complaint I have was the splash pad was suppose to be turf grass and it was straight concrete which was very slick.
