Silver Beach 503 is a pet-friendly (one of the only pet friendly condominiums on the beach), two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the 5th floor with stunning Gulf-front views! Located in the heart of Orange Beach, Silver Beach is within walking distance to local dining, shopping, and all the area attractions.

Pet Policy:

• One dog 40 lbs or less is allowed

• $150 non-refundable pet fee


Condo Features:

• Balcony access is from the living room and primary bedroom

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything that you could need. The dining table seating four and there are three barstools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• Living area has a queen sofa sleeper

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• Second bedroom features a queen-size bed and twin bunk accessible with a removable ladder (*children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry

• Parking: 1 space is guaranteed and 1 additional space may be available upon arrival (first-come, first-served). At this time, guests must be on-site to register a second vehicle via barcode. Parking passes are $40 each. Guests must provide registration information in advance and purchase parking passes online via a link sent by email after registration.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Short vacation stay

We enjoyed Silver Beach. The property was clean and we were thankful that we could bring our senior dog with us as she can’t be boarded. Glad for rental chairs and umbrellas right outside the property. While it was busy, it was not overly crowded. Overall it was quiet.

Beautiful View!

We enjoyed our stay so very much! The condo was clean and welcoming. We loved sitting on the balcony. The view was outstanding. We loved being so close to the beach. The water was warm and we spent many hours there. Being dog friendly was the best. There were many dogs there and we were so glad. Can’t wait to go back.

Love The Location

We really enjoyed our stay and were blessed with 5 days of beautiful weather. The condo was very clean (except under furniture). The kitchen could be better appointed with dishes and other kitchenware. Also the furniture on the balcony could be more comfortable. Other than that we love that we can bring our little dog, that it is a very short walk to the beach, and that our favorite store, Rouse's, is across the street.

Condo was good. Location great. Coffee pot didn’t work, but they replaced it quickly. The drains in all sinks and tubs need to be cleaned out. Drainage very slow and sinks fill up quickly.

Beautiful Condo. Beautiful View. Love how it’s Per Friendly even tho Ollie didn’t come this time. Only downside was the 4pm Check in and 10am Check out. Need 2-3pm Checkin & 11am Check out Also only one Elevator working & had to wait.

Beautiful Gulf front

Loved the Gulf front view. I have never stayed at a Condo or Motel, that didn’t have a hot tub, very disappointed. I have never stayed anywhere that I had to provide my owe toilet paper and trash bags. The fold up couch had crumbs in the bed. The floor looked clean, but I would take a shower and walk on the floor a few minutes, then the bottom of my feet was black. The Gulf front view was the only thing that I loved. We still had a good time.

Dog friendly

As you may know Silver Beach is one of the few places that’s pet friendly. This is a nice unit my wife is a clean freak so we cleaned the floors otherwise was clean and well maintained. The BIG issue: elevators inoperative or only one working and due to workers using it (replacing windows and doors) long wait times. At one point both elevators were broken and we got our exercise humping 7 flights of stairs. The maintenance guy said they are being replaced but we’ve stayed in this facility for 4 years and we’ve heard that before! Hope they get that issue corrected as we like these condos!

Silver Beach 503

My family (pup included) loved our stay! It was conveniently located between Gulf Shores and Pensacola. We all loved the oceanfront view and cleanliness of the condo. I will miss the sound of the ocean waves as I fall asleep. The only thing that we complained about were the floors. We felt the need to wear our sandals inside due to the fact of sand being everywhere and feet becoming dirty easily even though we swept the floors often. We do not normally wear shoes in our home. However this is something that I’m sure is nearly impossibly to keep clean all the time being on the beach. Definitely would not deter from coming back, this was a perfect home away from home. The rental company checked in with us to be sure we checked in smoothly and to see if we needed anything. We also took advantage of a couple of the complimentary activities- golf and parasailing. Thanks for a great home away from home while my family made lasting memories!

Enjoyed our time at the beach

Overall, great stay. Great location in Orange Beach. The tv was incredibly difficult to operate and had to do some battery shuffling to get a couple of remotes to work. The property manager was responsive to the emails regarding trouble shooting and did make it right though. While we were appreciative to have one, the washer and dryer were mediocre at best and the dry cycle while drying our clothes ripped one of our new beach towels that was used for the first time on this trip. I wasn’t really high on cleanliness due to: 1. We killed 4 cockroaches during our stay. Three of which were on the counter in the kitchen. One of which was on the baseboard entering the master bedroom. 2. The previous dish washer washing cycle did not emit the soap bar that was put in there and we had to dig it out which was kind of gross to think about if the previous group’s utensils weren’t even cleaned properly prior to our arrival. Luckily we didn’t use much silverware or plates.
