Easy, cozy, and just what we needed for a quick Anni trip!!!

We stayed from Friday-Monday and it was a blast!! Perfect size for a couple and had the most wonderful view of the beach! The hosts were great to communicate with and gave great recommendations on restaurants. We were even able to check in early and get our wrist bands so that we could have access to the pool and beach while we waited for our room to be ready, which our room was ready 2 hours early. You also have access to all 4 of the other condos. It was a great stay.

Wonderful stay!!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, with sweeping ocean views that we enjoyed every morning. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful enough to feel like a true getaway. I can't recommend this place enough and look forward to returning for another beach escape!

Off Season Stay

I rented the condo to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. The space was perfect and the scenery was breath taking every minute of the day! We would absolutely recommend this space to anyone.

Solid spot for a getaway

Condo was a nice geaway for my girlfriend and I. Beach front was right out the back door to the tower. Extra emnities avialable from the Phoenix(s) if we choose to use them. Plenty of dining and shopping options nearbay. Gulf State park is nearby along with Orange Beach's trail system which are both great to get out and move around.

The condo was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and maintained. I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint was that only 1 elevator was working and being on the 14th floor was problematic.

Great stay!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved the location, beach access, cleanliness of the space and ease of communication with the property. We would have preferred a better bed mattress as it was well worn and much too soft/uneven for us to get adequate rest. Overall, though, we had a wonderful stay.

Great location. Communication with the property managers was very prompt. In our opinion, the only negative was the comfort of the bed and other inside furniture was uncomfortable. Bed and chair needed more support.

Wonderful beach condo

Really enjoyed our stay here, very clean and well-equipped space with everything you’d need for a weekend at the beach. The beach is super easy to access and wasn’t crowded at all. Thanks to an earlier review, I brought along our Chromecast and it was easy to set up on each TV. We had an issue with the door key code due to an extended stay, but it was fixed within minutes, great response time! My only suggestion is to provide an extra trash bag and roll of TP for a longer stay.

Peaceful getaway

This condo was the perfect space for my husband and I. We were able to relax, sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean. We were a little surprised at how high we were but adjusted quickly. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The amenities were great and the location was within walking distance to restaurants and stores. The beach was perfect for long walks and sitting in the sun. The condo had everything we needed to make a nice dinner at home and restaurants were close enough if we wanted to walk to dinner. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and the people in the building were all very friendly and helpful. We hope to visit again soon.

Truly refreshing escape

I needed to get some down time (listening to, feeling, and watching the clouds, sun, waves does this for me). This place was just what I needed. 14th floor balcony on the beach was roomy and comfortable. It got the morning sun (a benefit in the cool weather) yet had some protection from the wind. The back of the place is mainly windows and CLEAN windows which were delightful. When too cool to sit outside, I happily lived by the windows.We arrived at 1am and had no issues getting into the Condo.It's a cozy and great place for a couple to stay, I highly recommend it, and I'd do it again.The place is clean and happy, inviting, peaceful.I highly recommend it! The kitchen is stocked with pans, plates, utensils, salt&pepper (but not high quality, so bring any special stoneware, knives, spices, tea...).Heads up for the owners: 1. the oven door light stays on (b/c the door doesn't close fully, I assume).2. the toilet is resistance to flushing, but never failed.
