I ended up finding a roach in my kitchen the first day we checked in. I called to see if they can move us and they said no. The ac unit then ended up messing up so I was two days with no ac. I tried to see if they can give me a credit for it and they didn’t. They ended up sending someone over to fix it but it took two days because they were going to the wrong apt. The front door was tricky to open as well and it was pretty frustrating when sometimes I wanted to quickly go in and out of the apt. I tried to go talk to the front office management on Sunday to complain about the roach and she was completely rude about it and felt like I was just being an inconvenience to her. She simply said they would send pest control on Friday, which was 6 days later. I don’t think I would book there again.
