"Maintenance gets a 10/10 on the spot! he was there at the elevators to help us , at the time of arrival there was no one on site , but we did check in online(Megan was very helpful she gave us the code to get in the room ) i was never contacted by the owners for a new code , as we used the master code all weekend --- there is a 25 dollar parking fee for the stay we stay 3 days, we were not aware of it was not listed on the booking - but no problem we paid and still enjoyed! the condo its self...

"Had a nice little welcome package waiting for us. Perfect location next to the beach yet in a quiet area of town. Everything was as described. Kitchen was decked out in everything you could ever need. We stayed a weekend and only ate out once and only needed to get food, they had everything else. Plenty of pools with a take one leave one float box. Didn't use because we had kids but I really liked that they had a 21+ pool cause the other pools got a little crowded and loud."

"Nice view of the beach. It was a LONG walk to our room from the elevators. We definitely got our steps in, since we were on the complete opposite end of the bldg. Studio Apt was nice but exactly that. If you need space amongst your party this isn't the rental for you. It was very clean and fully stocked of any appliance you might need. "We had a great stay. Room was spacious with a nice sized bonus room and deck. Staff took care of every need we had. Breakfast was amazing - made to order omelets and WAFFELS! Pool area was amazing, clean, stocked and had a great view of the ocean. The bar and restaurant was great too. Live music and a lot of fun outdoor activities. Location location location. This is where we will always stay."

"The hotel is quiet and right on the beach. The hotel has a few signs of deferred maintenance but nothing major. It is certainly not a "new grand resort" it is a nice, simple, clean, and quiet hotel right on the beach. It is within easy walking distance of several places you can go to enjoy a meal or drink."

"Your strongest employee was Raul the property manager? At first we walked in and one of the associates was with customer the other was working on a project in the computer. Neither one of them addressed us and when Raul asked why the one that wasn't with a customer she indicated she was doing something on the computer. He asked if she addressed us and she looked at him like he was the Village idiot and then looked down at the computer. Thankfully he walked over to us and greeted us and apologized. Raul mentioned that our room had a mismatched colored tile at the bathroom, but everything was fine. So we took the keys, went to the room and took a look at it and that floor really needs to be fixed properly. The quality of workmanship is clearly sub Hilton standards. There is also debris in the corner of the bathroom and the wallpaper looked like it was starting to peel away. We went back to the front desk.Raul quickly got us another room. He himself this time went to the room and verified the cleanliness. This man alone seems to be the only one that cares about this property. Upper management really needs to help him so they don't lose such an amazing person at this location. The Property out front was nice and I'd even say the lobby as well. However, once you go upstairs to your rooms, those need some serious help and so do the hallways. I suppose the real issue is management is trying to fit a budget and yet the owner of the property is unwilling to spend $ to fix it"
