"The hotel was clean, smelled good and staff was friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that several people tried to check in early (at 3pm) and were told that rooms were not ready yet and that was acceptable, but at 4, when it is listed check in time, many of us were still told that rooms were not ready. "

"2 days before our check-in date, I had an issue with fraudulent charges to my debit card (which had nothing to do with the hotel.) The staff was so helpful and accommodating with helping us get checked in and being patient with us, finding a way to be able to get our payment processed and enjoy our trip to the beach without any outlying worries. They were the best! It was a perfect experience and we will be back for sure."

"This was an excellent place for a family stay with a nicely stocked kitchen and a clean apartment. Communication with host was easy through the app and checkin process was efficient. Since it was up a few flights of stairs, and there's no elevator, it's a bit difficult for someone with a walking disability, but that was clear ahead of time, and that's going to be true at almost all properties in Gulf Shores. And there were great railings and the apartment itself was great. The apartment description was accurate and helpful. Highly recommend!"
