Prepare yourself for an unforgettable beach retreat at this stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Gulf-front condominium, perfect for families of all kinds. With space for up to 8 guests, Island Tower 1302 offers an ideal setting to unwind, bond with loved ones, and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life!

Upon entering, discover 1597 square feet of inviting space to make your own during your Gulf Shores, AL vacation! Sink into the cozy seating in the living room, where one of the sofas converts into a sleeper bed for additional sleeping arrangements, while you indulge in your favorite TV shows. Adjacent is a dining area with seating for six, plus four bar stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a family style meal. Provided for your morning routines is a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig machine. Don't forget to enjoy your coffee while taking in the astounding view of the Gulf of America right from your own personal balcony!

The master suite boasts a luxurious king bed and a generously sized bathroom with a shower and a jetted tub. Step directly onto the balcony from the master bedroom for breathtaking views. The second bedroom features a king bed and its own private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. You can ALSO step directly onto the balcony from this bedroom. In the third bedroom, you'll find two twin XL beds with its own private bathroom as well.

When you are ready to venture outdoors, take advantage of the stunning beachfront pool or journey on out to the beach. You can also stay indoors and enjoy the indoor pool, fitness room, and sauna.

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, shopping at numerous boutiques and souvenir stores, and only minutes away from the Wharf, the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex and Tanger Outlet Mall. Local eateries are so abundant that it will be a challenge to visit each one during a single vacation! * RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $45 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and HANG the parking pass on your rearview mirror in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

Great location! Walk 1/2 block to Bahama Bob's. Beautiful ocean view from 13th floor. Clean and very well appointed. We had everything we needed! The 3BR/3BA was perfect for 3 girls. Two of the bedrooms had ocean view with access to balcony. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a great time! Location is perfect and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The condo is clean and nicely decorated. We especially loved the furniture on the balcony for lounging while we weren’t on the beach.

Had a great stay here at Wilsons Retreat! Our group went down there for a little getaway and had an amazing time! Great location (walking distance to everything you need) and beautiful views. The condo was wonderfully furnished with outstanding amenities. We will definitely be back here again and I would recommend to anyone!

Our family included all age ranges and each one of us enjoyed it ! This condo has everything! We felt so spoiled and enjoyed every min. Walking distance to gift shops , great places to eat and the balcony over looking the ocean will make you not want to leave! Excellent communication from the owner.

We loved our extended stay in this Beautiful Condo! Nicely Decorated & Furnished, extremely well stocked Kitchen, everything we needed to go to the Beach and has amazing Balcony to dine, relax & view the Dolphins swim by! Our vacation staying at this condo was phenomenal! The condo was so well stocked and had everything we could need for a beach vacation. The ease of check-in/check-out was a great way to start and end our trip. We loved having the ability to cook but also a centrally located condo to go out when we wanted. The access to the beach was so easy and nice. The pools were a great feature too! We would highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again in the future!

This condo was amazing! My wife and I and our 3 kids really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views of the beach from the living area and bedrooms. The condo was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities. The check in and out process was smooth and easy. Do yourself a favor and stay here. You will feel at home. This was our 2nd time staying at Wilson's Retreat and look forward to coming back to this condo again next year. The best stocked condo I've ever seen. Blake made sure that the entire experience from booking to checking out went smoothly. Highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed.

Unit exactly as described and the living area was more spacious than we thought it would be - decked out with everything we needed to walk down to the beach! Location perfect with lots of space on the beach for us and within walking distance to so much! I guarantee you won’t find a property manager more responsive and accommodating on the planet - Blake was exceptional! View was awesome and having two master suites with balcony access was a huge selling point for us. We hope to be back soon!

The condo was a great location - able to walk to a few restaurants and shops. The condo was very well stocked in the kitchen - even had extra paper towels, ziploc bags, foil, Tupperware and dish soap! They also supplied 6-8 thick beach towels which definitely came in handy! The unit also had multiple beach chair - all in good condition. The main bed in the primary bedroom was a bit uncomfortable for us but overall the condo was great and I would recommend it to others!

If you are looking for a clean, well stocked and beautiful place to stay- look no further!! This is an amazing condo! Blake has been a great host from the beginning to the end. He communicated all information to us in a timely manner and was quick to respond when we asked questions. Wilson's Retreat was a treat! From the friendly, easy interaction with the owner to the condo stocked with anything you might need for your stay, everything was great! I had to work a few mornings of our stay but work doesn't even feel like work when you are sitting on the balcony with a great cup of coffee from the provided Keurig (!), with an awesome view of the beach. The condo was spacious enough to invite another family we vacationed with back after dinner to play games. Nothing but good things to say about the condo, clean, well appointed, all extras (beach chairs, umbrellas, hair dryers!) provided meant we didn't have to bring it with us. Blake was very accommodating, answering any questions we had and making sure our stay was great. He went above and beyond! I would recommend Wilson's Retreat without any hesitation.

My family, friends, and I loved staying at 1302 Island Tower. The condo is spacious, clean, and well stocked with any and everything you can think of! The condo has all up to date appliances and furniture. I'm impressed with the closet spaces especially in the master bedroom. I love how close of a walk it is to the beach from the condo. It's such a short walk in comparison to other places I've stayed. I love the views from the balcony and privacy provided. It's also located in a convenient spot within walking distance to several restaurants. Bahama Bobs is right next door & Surfside Pizza is across the street! Blake is a wonderful host with great communication. We locked our keys in the room and he was quick to the rescue! He stayed in contact with us to make sure everything was good and was quick to respond. Definitely recommended and look forward to business with Blake in the future.

Best stocked condo period!! Great location with plenty of space for 4 adults 1 teen and 3 smaller kids. The 2 master sweets are awesome and the balcony is huge. Location is great, easily accessible to everything in town. The condo was so well stocked that we basically only need clothes and groceries. I can’t think of anything else that it didn’t have. Makes it easy to travel not needing any beach items or basic necessities around the house. Blake was great any questions I had were answered with in minutes. And that alone will bring us back to this place our next trip to gulf shores. The property has everything you need to be comfortable with 2 pools one inside which is key on long rainy days, a gym, plenty of parking space, and security on staff that we saw every time we left the condo making their rounds. Only think to note for travelers not familiar with gulf shores, during peak times of vacation getting into or out of town on the weekend is a process so be prepared for heavy traffic with in 35 miles. That’s just part of it, I will travel during a weekday or at night next time! Again this is a great place and we will be back! Thanks for sharing it with us Blake!!
