Marlin Key 4F is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with Gulf-front views from the 4th floor. Marlin Key Condominiums in Orange Beach, AL, offer low-density, spacious units, stunning beach views, and private beach access - perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway.

Unit features:

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• Carpet is in the bedrooms and tile is throughout the remainder of the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need in your home away from home; dining table seats eight with two additional barstools for seating

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• Living area has a sleeper sofa

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed; primary bathroom features a double vanity and a jetted tub

• Second bedroom has a king-size bed

• Third bedroom has a queen-size bed

• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in and check-out

• Maximum of two cars allowed; one reserved space, and the second car is on a first-come, first-served basis

• Smoking/vaping is not permitted at Marlin Key except around the grill area and in the front parking lot away from the building

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Amazing Stay!

Loved our stay! Condo was super clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax in the comfy furniture. The view of the water and easy access to the beach made our ocean experience marvelous.

PERFECTION - Couldn't have been better!

Love this place! So chill, easy parking, no crowds, and a very spacious condo that never felt cramped - my new favorite place in Orange Beach.

Summer vacation with family

Had a great trip to Gulf Shores. We were a party of five, the three bedroom three bath was a perfect fit for us. Plenty of room , the condo was well stocked with anything we needed. I loved the easy access to the beach & the view was wonderful. Found some great restaurants. Can't wait to go back.

If you need space, utility, great view, and wonderful location...this is the place to stay! It was one of our favorites places and it also allowed space for everyone. It is out of the fray of the busyness of crowds and yet, you can get there in a few minutes to any restaurants and shopping you need. We come often and this one we will definitely book again.

Great Vacation!

We loved our experience at Marlin Key 4F! This was our second year in a row to stay at Marlin Key, although this year was the best. This unit was spotless, comfortable and well appointed! Checkin and checkout were a breeze and we received communication throughout the entire 3 day, 4 night stay from ITrip ensuring we were comfortable and had what we needed! The location is great and we love the covered parking. We had some rain but it was no problem because you were always in the dry. If I had one suggestion it would be to provide a little detail on operating the large TV in the common area and change remote batteries. Some didn’t work. We are older and not very techy. Not a game changer though! Great experience and we will be back next year hopefully!

The condo was beautiful. Clean, well-appointed with everything as promised. The only complaint was the painting that they did outside. We were not able to use the elevator for 2 days. They also painted the exterior walkways on our floor so again we were not able to access the condo for that day and had to leave or stay inside for the day. We had older people who had difficulty with stairs. I wish someone would have informed us and we could have tried to get a 1st floor condo/ Over all it was a great trip and we loved the condo.

Awesome condo!

Everything was a positive, except two very little things. I’ve been visiting the Gulf area for 20 years. We always stay somewhere different. This was the first time I said we need to repeat this condo. The location is great, the layout and size of the condo was amazing! The beds were comfortable. The beach and walk from condo to beach couldn’t be any closer. No complaints. The only cons were the the stove was challenging to use. It works, but it’s super slow to heat up. Also, the washer works, but was very difficult to set to wash. Not a fan of either appliance- Especially for a group that cooks and does laundry every day. These were trivial things that were frustrating, but didn't overshadow the overall trip. But would have preferred a more basic washer control. And a better working stove. The elevator stopped working one evening for a few hours, but we called iTrip and the emergency number for the elevator and the repair was made promptly on a Friday evening, after hours. Great response from the association and repair team! Very impressive! Loved our family stay and look forward to coming back!
