This condo was very clean. Great location. We were disappointed that the room wasn’t ready when they said it would be. There were 6 other families that had to also wait for their rooms. Perhaps they didn’t have enough housekeepers. I wish the pool would have been heated.

I do my best to not be critical, so this is constructive criticism. it could use some improvements, the pull out couch is past its use the back leg is broken off you have to sleep backwards on it. The was no skillet in the kitchen, lol, needs a couple.. no washer and dryer, probably said that in the description I just didn't catch it. I spent close to 4k while there for 3 nights, room and activities that's a lot to have to cook breakfast in a pan. had fun, beautiful view I don't want to stay in this room again, maybe the room can be brought up to speed. Thank you,

Adequately equpped, great view, and accessibility to what Gulf Shores has to offer. Elevator was slow and often not working on one side. Staff was friendly.
